4. Presented Paper on “Total Quality Management in Higher Education” in the National Seminar on “TQM and Higher Education” on 28th January 2000 at Govt. Arts College, Thiruvananthapuram.
5. Presented paper on “Financing of Higher Education” in the National Seminar on “The Dynamics of Higher Education in the context of Globalization” organized by AIFUCTO at Chennai on 14th, 15th and 16th October 2000.
